An Explosive Personality is the twenty-third mission in LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins.

Smokey Fuentes is spotted at one of the construction sites, so Chase goes to arrest him, which he succeeds in doing.
Walkthrough[]
Talk to Worker Foreman again, then go to the location marked on your map. Use the Detective Point nearby to find some pieces. Build the pieces into a fuse box. Repair the fuse box to open the garage door. Go inside and break the engine to reveal a grapple point. Pull the grapple hook to dislodge the battery. Next, climb over the fence and go to the marked location to start the boss fight with Fuentes. Dodge the dynamite Fuentes throws at you. On each side of the area, there are two generators you need to repair. After repairing them, fight the goons and pull the lever directly under Fuentes to electrocute him. Keep pulling whichever lever he's under until he jumps out to fight you. Fight and arrest Fuentes to complete the mission.
