Ellie Phillips is a police officer in LEGO City Undercover and LEGO Dimensions. She works in the Evidence and Requisitions room of the LEGO City Police Station. She issues Chase McCain his Communicator and frequently makes video calls to him to provide him with information or ask for updates. You can also buy disguises from her.
How to Unlock[]
On the west side of Lady Liberty Island, use a crowbar to open the door to the information booth with her character token inside. She costs 100,000 studs.
In LEGO Dimensions[]
In LEGO Dimensions, Ellie is a non-playable character who talks to the player over the radio to inform them of crimes in the LEGO City World.
