Festival Square is one of the twenty-two districts of LEGO City, which appears in LEGO City Undercover. In it you can find the hospital, the fire station, the elusive Festival Square Station, and many famous carnival games. Those aforementioned carnival games include basketball shots, balloon games, ringing bells, and bouncing on an inflatable castle.
In LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, Festival Square is included as part of Downtown.

You need to beat three "strongman" bell ringing games in the square. One is in the little park south of the Call-In Point. One is near the red slide tower, and the last is in a little clearing just west of the Pig Cannon.
Circus Clown[]
There are four sets of balloons with one that's not colored. Two are in the little circle area south of the Call-In Point (one needs red, the other needs yellow). The third is near the clock tower and needs blue, and the last is some ways northeast of the clock tower and needs yellow. The Red Color Swapper is in the building northeast of the hospital, and the blue and yellow swappers are further east of that, in a building with a revolving door.
Sumo Wrestler[]
Bounce on the inflatable castle in the carnival area 5 times.
Deep Sea Diver[]
Build The Deep Sea Spin Super Build.
Vinnie Clown[]
Behind the clock tower, there is a Teleporter. The teleporter takes you to the top of the helter skelter. Use the chicken glide to get to the clock. There, paint the clock (there is a Color Swapper near the building) and it will open up.
Gorilla Suit Guy[]
There are three sets of basketball games in the square, and you need to beat all nine, including the red ones, which you have to paint red. One is in the northeast corner of the district. One is a little ways south of that, and the third is in the northwest, near the clock tower. The Red Color Swapper can be found in the building northeast of the hospital.
Doctor Smith[]
Build the Disguise Booth.
Tribal Chief[]
Northeast of the Disguise Booth is a store named "Quentin's" with a door you can pry open. The token is all the way to the left inside.
Doctor Jones[]
This is on top of the awning above the theater at the east side of the area. With the Jetpack, it's relatively easy to leap off and get enough height to reach it, but the normal way to get it is by starting at a set of wall-jumping panels some ways to the south, then heading north along the rooftops.

Complete the Free Run.

On the roof of the hospital, under the pedestal of the Conquer Districts challenge.

Go to the south side of the hospital and grapple up to the awning above.

At the end of the Free Run course, there is a chicken glide. Use it to get onto the Chicken balloon. Parkour your way on the balloons to reach the crocodile balloon.

Build the Call-in Point.

Complete the Vehicle Robbery.
Red Brick[]
Longer Vehicle Boost[]
On top of a large building northeast of the hospital. To find it, head northeast of the hospital and find a large building across the road. On the west side of the building is a fenced in area with a Coffee Break.
Climb one side of the fence, then smash the nearby objects and build a small trampoline. On the next level find a pot and water it, then climb to the next level. Circle the build and build a small trampoline and ascend to the top of the building. Once on the top of the building head towards the back and find the Chicken Glide icon. The red brick is to the left of it, hidden behind a rise in the building.
The Free Run token for Festival Square can be obtained from atop the rise in the building. The Astronaut Disguise and either the Fireman disguise or the Jetpack are needed to reach it.

Climb to the top of the Free Run course (the building northeast of the hospital), then use the Chicken Glide to float over to the animal balloons. Bounce over them until you reach the alligator, then find the Audio Scan point on its nose.

On top of the helter skelter. You will get the Inferno if you complete it.
ATM Smashed[]
There are two ATMs here.
- The first is at the building where that district's Free Run takes place.
- The second is sandwiched between two buildings close to the Festival Square-Pagoda border.
Vehicle Robbery[]
Go to the southeast corner of the hospital to find the garage with the door to pry open next to it. The drop-off point is at LEGO City Airport.
Boulder Smashed[]
This is southwest of the hospital, in the corner of the parking lot, under some black rocks.
District Conquered[]
On the roof of the hospital, above the Natalia Kowalski token.
Alien Caught[]
Go the south side of the hospital and grapple up to the awning to find the Astro Crate.
Flowers Watered[]
This is found in an alley to the northeast of the Disguise Booth. There are two alleys. This is in the southern one.
Pig Returned[]
Near the ATM. The Pig Cannon is located within the carnival.
BBQ Fire Extinguished[]
At the carnival.
Cat Rescued[]
Go to the northeast corner of the district, then head a bit north to find this at ground level.
Coffee Break[]
Go to the building northeast of the hospital to find an enclosed area with this inside it.
Drill Thrill[]
This is on top of the hospital. You probably passed it when you went to get Natalia away from there. It's near the busted glass tunnel.
Free Run[]
The course starts near the Coffee Break. You will unlock the Robot for completing it.
Disguise Booth[]
Near some buildings. You will unlock Doctor Smith for building it.
Train Station[]

Near the carnival area. You will unlock the Douser for building it.
The Deep Sea Spin[]
In the carnival area. You will unlock Deep Sea Diver for building it.

This is required for the story. It's on top of the hospital, and you will unlock the Swooper for building it.
LEGO Dimensions[]
In LEGO Dimensions, Festival Square is scaled down like the rest of the city and features a theater and a renovation which builds the clocktower. It is positioned next to Fresco and Bright Lights Plaza. The LEGO City Fire Department is placed in a different area far outside of Festival Square. A Battle Arena for the LEGO City World takes place in Festival Square.
