How to Unlock[]
In Lady Liberty Island, find a climbable pole with a fuse box below it. Fixing the fuse box triggers a Drill Thrill so fixing it isn't required to obtain the token. Climb pole to the top and walk across to Lady Liberty. Walk along the ledge until reaching a Teleporter. Use the teleporter and from the teleport destination, use the Fireman to put out the fire on Lady Libery's torch. With the fire out, jump or jetpack over to the top of the torch and ride a zipline down. The token will be collected during the ride down.
