Moe De Luca is Vinnie Pappalardo's cousin and right-hand man in LEGO City Undercover. Moe was on his way to Albatross Prison to serve an 8 year sentence for 412 unpaid parking tickets when Chase McCain, working undercover to infiltrate Vinnie's gang, freed Moe using a prison transport vehicle obtained from Chuck Morrison.
Moe then helped Chase hijack a shipment of parts for Vinnie, which impressed Vinnie enough to allow Chase to steal the Bell Pepper Emerald for him.
Moe also took the fire boat Chase stole for Vinnie to Forrest Blackwell's mansion, so Chase could steal something from his vault. He then explains to Chase how Blackwell was planning to build an apartment complex in Bluebell National Park until a rare squirrel was found and halted all construction.
Moe was last seen evading the Sentinels. He tells Chase to go check on Vinnie, which starts Special Assignment - They All Scream for Ice Cream.
Personality[]
Unlike his cousin, Moe isn't a criminal and was only arrested on an account of unpaid parking tickets. Despite this, he's friendly with the entire gang and has no problem taking orders from Vinnie or helping out the crime family. Moe is shown to be protective of Vinnie, as he tells Chase to keep an eye on him during a meeting with Rex and denies being jealous of Chase becoming Vinnie's new right hand man.
While he is on good terms with is cousin Vinnie, he states that he does not get along with his brother. He even gives Chase his brother's car telling him that he is free to damage it.
