Smokey Fuentes is a character in LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins. He is a very dangerous criminal, and his gang tried to stop the construction of the Auburn Bay Bridge, so nobody could get into Fort Meadows, where von Kruchman's operations to blow up the Heritage Bridge were based. He was arrested by Chase McCain.
